現時漁護署一共有七個海岸公園及一個海岸保護區，全是屬偏遠地區。單靠日常定期的巡邏及市民上報, 未必能即時察覺生態及環境的轉變，以及時解決問題; 例如漂浮垃圾堆積、非法闖入指定區域、海岸環境突變等。

我們的方案是在各海岸點安裝MOBI-IoT，自帶供電及網絡傳輸。24/7 監察各海岸環境，紀錄及推送懷疑事件，即時通知署方作出跟進。實時監控，利用AI視頻分析偵察環境問題, 提供客制化數據監測平台，方便隨時知悉各海岸公園狀況

User Scenario and Goals:

For each marine park and marine reserve managed by the AFCD:

• Hikers, campers, and tourists visit from time to time.
• AFCD need to conduct daily patrols both sea and land to assess the cleanliness of the marine environment and then arrange for contractors to clean up the waste.
• Evaluate whether the facilities are sufficient for visitors (e.g. recycling bins, rubbish bins, water dispensers, etc.)
